The Neighborhood Report: Battery Shores

Tucked away at the very end of Mink Point Drive, in the Burton area of Beaufort, the neighborhood of Battery Shores is the perfect place for all types of residents.

This waterfront neighborhood sits on the banks of Battery Creek and offers beautiful views that all can enjoy. It is also centrally located and close to shopping, the military bases, and downtown Beaufort.

The fact that Battery shores only has one entrance was also very appealing to us…giving it a sense of safety with no “through traffic.”

“It’s a wonderful neighborhood for our children to play outside and go on walks as a family. The gorgeous community dock is an added bonus that we take full advantage of to go fishing and crabbing”, she said.
